Led the mountain sports department — owning sales performance, inventory, and merchandising, and supervising a team through hiring, performance reviews, and shift planning. Also contributed to Second Life, an in-store initiative repairing and reselling returned products to cut waste.

Designed functional, user-centric product enclosures — working closely with engineering to turn technical requirements into practical designs, backed by market research and prototypes validated against compliance standards.
Earlier still: a one-month in-plant traineeship at Cochin Shipyard Limited (Sep 2016), where I got an early look at ship repair and vessel construction workflows, project planning, and safety and environmental compliance in a large industrial setting.
