AI Voice-of-Customer Copilot
A multi-agent pipeline on local Ollama models that turns app reviews and support tickets into pain-point themes, verified quotes and roadmap items.
Designed for trust: counts are computed in code rather than by the LLM and checked by a critic agent, then evaluated against a hand-labelled golden set.

Internal RAG Assistant
Answers questions over Google Drive documents — service-account ingestion, Gemini embeddings, ChromaDB and retrieval.
Added guardrails against hallucination and prompt injection, and evaluated it on a 50-question test set.
